  • Magic Link: Receive a one-time authentication link via email.

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password and authentication credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

4.3 Enforcement

5. Team Accounts

5.1 Team Account Creation

Users may create team accounts to collaborate with others. The person who creates a team account becomes the primary owner and is responsible for:

  • Managing team membership and roles
  • Ensuring team members comply with these Terms
  • Team billing and subscription management (if applicable)
  • Team data and content

5.2 Team Member Responsibilities

Team members agree to comply with these Terms and any additional policies set by the team owner. Team owners may assign different roles and permissions to team members.

5.3 Team Data

Data created within a team account is owned by the team and managed according to the team owner's settings. When you leave a team, your access to team data may be revoked.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by ila and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Sublicense, sell, or redistribute the Service
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the Service

6.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.

7. User Content and Data Ownership

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you create, upload, or store through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.

  • Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party

  • Supabase: Provides database, authentication, and backend infrastructure services.
  • Google: Provides OAuth authentication for Google Sign-In.

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE

11.2 No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Any information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ILA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or computer damage
  • The cost of substitute goods or services
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ila, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Indian,

14.3 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ilaregarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
